Care Partner Consultations
These one-on-one sessions provide support, guidance, and resources for individuals caring for a loved one living with dementia. Care Partner Consultations are available Monday through Friday with Stephanie Knoch, MSW, LCSW, CDCP, and may be held in person, virtually, or by phone.
