Dear Readers,
As we head into the holiday and slower summer pace we have a shorter list of stories this week – but one that we want to call out.
We congratulate our managing editor Fred (Frederica Saylor Lalonde) who was named a Commonwealth Heroine in recognition of her role co-founding the Observer.
We’re thrilled that Fred was honored for this and all her volunteer work in Needham, along with another very engaged resident Stacie Shapiro.
It adds meaning to our work as we reach the two-year mark with the Observer.
