A new bench honoring the community service of Ron Sockol will be dedicated at Memorial Park on Saturday, June 21 at 12 p.m. The public is invited to attend.
The bench is in celebration and appreciation for the many contributions Sockol has made to the Needham community, including as a longtime Town Meeting member and Trustee of Memorial Park.
The Celebration Benches are part of a project of the Needham Revitalization Trust Fund designed for public spaces as tributes to the spirit of giving back across the community.
