A town-sponsored picnic on the Common is set for Saturday, June 6, from 12 to 3 p.m. Community members are encouraged to meet up with friends and neighbors, bring something to sit on and something to eat. Live music from Needham-based band “The Tear Downs,” bouncy houses, lawn games and “Needham Business Selfie Bingo” will be available. In the event of rain, the picnic will be rescheduled to Sunday, June 7.
