Six local women will be honored by the Needham Women’s Club at a fundraiser party on Sept. 30 from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at the Needham Golf Club.
The ticketed event celebrates women whose work and volunteer activities have and continue to serve and support the community: Louise Condon, business leader, realtor and benefactor; Tedi Eaton, Needham town clerk for 42 years; Denise Garlick, former seven-term state representative for the 13th Norfolk District; Gloria Greis, author and for more than two decades Executive Director of the Needham History Center & Museum; Lois Sockol, longtime Town Meeting member and author; and Alison Borrelli, businesswoman, volunteer and photographer.
